The St. Jude Liaison Office enhances the partnership between St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and ALSAC by serving as St. Jude's point of contact for ALSAC's marketing needs while balancing the patient care and operational imperatives of St. Jude.
St. Jude Liaison Office Project Leaders (Content) assist with management of ALSAC content needs on behalf of St. Jude. In a fast-paced work environment, the Project Leaders (Content) follow a content strategy, review complex scientific and/or clinical content, fact-check and substantiate. The Project Leaders (Content) participate in fundraising-focused interviews with St. Jude faculty and staff. The Project Leaders (Content) provide clarity, support efficient operations and support ALSAC fundraising efforts by taking responsibility for current and relevant information required for scripts and marketing materials. Project Leaders (Content) also assist with coordination of events, tours, and visitors on campus, coordinate St. Jude faculty and staff for engagement opportunities and provide subject matter expertise. Excellent follow-up and timeliness, accountability for work solutions, as well as excelling under pressure with urgent requests is required.
The ideal Project Leader (Content) candidate has a scientific or clinical background, experience in editing or publishing, and excellent written and oral communication skills. The ideal candidate has strong grammar skills and attention to detail, is able to meet competing deadlines, works well under pressure, and collaborates seamlessly with others.
This position reports to the Director of the St. Jude Liaison Office.
