A postdoctoral position is available at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for an outstanding and highly motivated candidate to investigate cellular signaling in the immune system.  We are particularly interested in dissecting the signaling pathways involved in innate immunity and cell death (NLRs, inflammasomes).  Please see the following articles:

The laboratory of Dr. Thirumala-Devi Kanneganti offers a remarkable training environment for postdoctoral fellows in innate immune system including an opportunity to collaborate with researchers in the departments of Immunology, Infectious Diseases and cancer biology. St. Jude Children's Research Hospital has state-of-the-art facilities including core laboratories for proteomics, microarray analysis of gene expression, transgenic/knock-out technology and animal facilities from biosafety level 2 to enhanced biosafety level 3.

Minimum Education

Candidates should have a recent PhD, DVM, MD/PhD in biomedical sciences with practical experience in immunology, and must be hard working and highly motivated.
